6th Form Application Process

Welcome to John Taylor High School Sixth Form, we are really pleased that you and your child are considering applying for a place in Year 12.

Our next Sixth Form Open Evening will be in October 2025.

We welcome applications to our Sixth Form from Year 11 students at JTHS and also students currently studying elsewhere.

If you are NOT currently a student at John Taylor High School, and you wish to apply to join our Sixth Form, please complete an application form by clicking on the link below.

Please ensure that you select a minimum of three subjects and make sure that you select one subject per column from the subject blocks. The subject Blocks can be viewed by clicking the button below.

If your subject combination does not currently fit in the blocks, please e-mail [email protected] and inform them of your preferred subject choices and we will review the structure of the blocks to see if we can accommodate your request.

Once we receive your application, we will write to you in February inviting you to attend a brief interview and if successful, make you a provisional offer for a place in Sixth Form.
